Delivery:

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 24-48 business hours of submitting an order, excluding weekends. Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday only. No weekend delivery. In most cases, you should receive your products within 4-10 days of purchase. Deliveries to some locations may take longer.

 

Carriers:
UPS Ground: Provides tracking and insurance. We can provide tracking numbers upon request and will file any associated claims with UPS if the package is lost, stolen or damaged. Canada, Alaska and Hawaii ship USPS standard flat rate international. We can provide limited tracking and insurance for an upgraded price. Please contact us directly to determine your needs.


International Orders:

We can process international orders, outside the United States and Canada, only through our telephone ordering service. Please call 1-208-863-2155.

 

United States Sales Tax:
Smooth Stride, a division of High Country Rider, Inc., is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Idaho. The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged on the price of the purchased items and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.


Warranty

Smooth Stride takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our riding pants. If you experience any manufacturer defects within 90 days from receipt, we will exchange your pants at no cost to you.


Return/Exchange Policy

If you decide you don't like the color or style, within 30 days of shipment from Smooth Stride, we will exchange or refund the purchase price of unused pants. Refund credits are minus the shipping charge.

We recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking. We cannot be responsible for products that do not reach our office. Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. If you request a refund, your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.


Order is Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item Was Shipped:

If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 1-208-863-2155 or sales@smoothstride.com so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.
