How to Measure
Each style has a slightly different cut, so please refer to the individual product page for a size chart. The Trail Rider style has more stretch, so order the smallest size possible. For the best fit on the Parade Pants and InSpirit Riding Jeans, select the size according to your larger measurement.
Rise
Measure from your pubic bone to where you would like the top of your waist band to be. Pick the closest measurement on the chart. The pants are made to be "medium rise" or below your natural waist, but not too low in the back for comfortable fit when seated.
Waist
The rise that is most appropriate will show a waist measurement on the chart.
Your waist measurement is not the smallest part located below your ribs, it
is really where the top of the pants end – so measure from the rise location
explained above. The Trail Rider/Ultra have the most give and will stretch
a few additional inches, the jean styles have a waistband that does not have
much give even though the fabric is stretch.
Hips
Measure 7" below the waist. To get the best fit, without creased fabric
to sit on, review the chart and confirm the measurement that best fits your
rise and waist. Remember – the fabric is stretch, so a few inches won’t
be a big deal. Also, this is the easiest alteration to make. The seam runs
down the outside and is very simple to take in or even let out slightly. But
they stretch, so the alteration will most likely be to make them smaller.
Inseam
Measure from the “bump” in your jeans or pubic bone to the ground.
Add a few inches for Western type boots or your preference on paddock boots. Some
styles offer tall length which is 38 UNHEMMED inches. This gives you the maximum
length for your individual needs.
