Shipping/Handling

First-time customers, please see our COLT option.

The 48 contiguous states may select between USPS (US Postal Service Priority Mail) (almost always fastest and least expensive), FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx 2Day Air, UPS Ground, or UPS 2Day Air. Neither FedEx or UPS will ship to a PO Box. If you really need your pants next day rush, give us a call or email, we'll get it done for you. We won't actually charge your credit card until we ship, and we'll send you the tracking number as soon as we assign one to your order. We do not add handling charges, we figure that they're your pants now, and you probably don't want us to handle 'em any more...let alone charge you for it.

Shipping is not refundable, please follow the Sizing directions to make sure your pants fit the first time!

When will my pants ship?

Unless otherwise indicated at time of order, we have all styles and most sizes in stock and ready to ship. We will normally ship your pants within one business day of receiving your order. If we can’t ship your order for any reason within three days, we will get in touch with you.

Warranty:

Smooth Stride takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our riding pants. If you want to return your pants for any reason, at any time, we will replace them or refund your purchase price at our option.
